- After Much research I settled on this router, as everything seemed good. Also, I am A Mi fan and have half a dozen phones for my family. Placed the order on August 18 and after tracking it successfully for some days, finally received it on September 9, about 20 days later. The packet arrived in good shape. Though I had hoped for faster delivery, NOT BAD at all. To be entirely fair with this review, it is a superb product. To begin with for both styling and looks, 5 Stars. Setup is a breeze with the Mi Router app, which is very comprehensive. Once on wifi, one can use the web interface to alter settings. While this interface is in Chinese, using Chrome browse with Google translation makes everything very user friendly. There are many very useful features available, through the app or the web interface. 5 Stars. Speed and coverage is exceptionally good, and I am connected in areas of my house where previously connectivity wasn't available. For years I've been using D-Link and TP-Link, both of which are laggards compared to this. Stars. There is a RJ45 fast ethernet, with speeds up to 100Mbps, which is more than what we get in the country I am from. And this is fine for a few years as of now. 5 Stars. The USB 2 port can be used for hooking up storage drives. I confirm attaching a 1TB drive and a 32GB pendrive, and then sharing them with other devices on my network. 5 Stars. Yes, there is no Gigabit feature, but for that, brace yourself for a hefty pay-out. But for the price of this router, I doubt if any router in it's segment can ace it. For value for money, 5 Stars. Knowing the kind of reliability Xiaomi brings to it's products, I am 100% assured of it's service over a period of time.

- Well, at this time nothing really comes to mind. I know a lot of people have gripes with the Chinese language web interface. But they must be ignorant of the Mi Router App. That is more than sufficient.

- Este router tiene una buena ficha técnica, y posteriormente os hare un breve resumen con los datos más relevantes. Voy a comenzar con las interfaces del router y es que cuenta con un puerto RJ45 WAN Gigabit Ethernet y dos puertos RJ45 Fast Ethernet para LAN. Además cuenta con un puerto USB 2.0, para poder realizar copias de seguridad de los ajustes del router o para poder disfrutar de un servidor de medios de entretenimiento en tu propia red doméstica. Tiene un tamaño de 19.5cm de largo por 13.1 de fondo por 2.35 cm de ancho, sin contar las antenas. Por tanto tiene un tamaño idéntico a muchos otros routers y por eso no llega a destacar en este apartado que en mi opinión resta atractivo. Ya que a muchos nos gustaba el reducido tamaño de las versiones anteriores. Tiene 4 antenas de aproximadamente 15 cm, lo que hace que tengamos un router con una altura de 17,73 cm puesto en vertical. Estas antenas son de ganancia 5dBi y 6dBi. Ahora vamos con el aspecto que para muchos es indispensable, el WiFI. Y es que este Xiaomi Mi WiFi Router 3 cuenta con el protocolo 802.11ac entre otros que permite poder disfrutar de la banda de 5GHz, que como recuerdo es un conjunto de bandas las cuales están prácticamente vacías (a diferencia que las de 2.4GHz) y prácticamente sin interferencias ocasionadas por otros routers o electrodomésticos. Esta banda de frecuencias tiene la ventaja de ser más amplia y poder obtener velocidades de transmisión mayor.
- Suggestion:
- La única pega que le puedo sacar es que no cuenta con las nuevas versiones USB 3.0 ni interfaz Gigabit Ethernet para los puertos LAN. Igual sí que es verdad, que el cliente demanda una señal WiFi de calidad y para reducir costes han decidido utilizar estas versiones anteriores.

- I've been using this router for two years now, and my feelings about it are just great. The Xiaomi router supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi frequencies, which is a big deal now in 2018, since a lot of smartphones and notebooks support 5Ghz nowadays. The fact you can create two separate Wi-Fi access points for 2.4GHz and 5GHz is a good thing. But if you need just one access point that combines both these frequencies, it's also an option with this Xiaomi router. That option in my opinion is better, because separate 5GHz point doesn't have a good range, so the connection becomes bad in 10-15 meters away from router.Speaking of range, 2.4GHz and combined mode provides a good quality connection for 20-25 meters, which is more than enough. If you need a strong signal for a longer range, you need to think about Wi-Fi repeater, Xiaomi has that device developed.It's easy to setup a device: Xiaomi has an application for smartphones, it's very simple to use. Once you've got it installed, you can change a password, install some additional plugins, etc.As for GearBest part of a purchase, everything went just great: the product was shipped very fast, it came to my postal office fast as well. Speaking for quality, as I already told I'm using this router for two years now, so it's a reliable product.Thanks to Xiaomi for creating such a good router, and to GearBest for low price and good service!

Importante: a fabricante desse produto trabalha sempre em prol da melhoria de seus produtos, por isso é sempre importante atualizar o firmware todas as vezes que uma nova atualização for liberada.

- Não é possível utilizar um HD na porta USB do roteador para armazenar gravações das câmeras IPs conectadas ao sinal Wifi.

- Router 3, um roteador com preço muito acessível, entretanto com excelente desempenho e muita qualidade.O roteador Xiaomi é atual e já conta com padrão WiFi AC, ou seja, funciona tanto na frequência 2.4 GHz como também no padrão 5 GHz. Enquanto a frequência menor oferece maior alcance, os 5 GHz tem desempenho melhor. Mas se você tem um gadget 2.4 GHz, não se preocupe, ele funciona ao mesmo tempo nas duas frequências.Para bom alcance, ele tem 2 antenas (5 e 6 dbi) para cada frequência, com alcance de 100 metros, podendo chegar a uma velocidade de transferência de até 1167 MB/s. Ele tem a porta WAN para receber a internet e 2 portas LAN, além de uma USB 2.0.O Xiaomi Mi WiFi Router 3 tem muitas funções avanças, como: velocidade da internet em tempo real, bloqueio de URLs, gerenciador de tempo de acesso para cada dispositivo, bloqueador de dispositivo, etc. Também é possível controlar o roteador da Xiaomi por aplicativo, sendo inclusive notificado quando alguém se conecta a rede, porém ele não tem função de repetidor.Graças ao bom hardware, o Xiaomi Mi WiFi 3 tem excelente estabilidade, isso por conta do processador MT7620A aliado a 128 MB de ROM e também 128 MB de RAM, especificações bem melhores que roteadores vendidos no Brasil na mesma faixa de preço.

- The delivery of the product was very fast and very accurate in India . I was able to receive the product in just 2 weeks. This product is stunning , not only hardware specifications amazed me. We can not expect anything else than the product offered in such a great price range. Compare to the other routers available in the market , this product is seriously value for money . It works as a decent wifi router , an extender for both 2.5 and 5.0 Ghz range . You can set it in both the modes and any one of them as desired. Plus point is 4 atenna which provides superb coverage area , even in the remote area of home as well. With nearly no signal drop . Other than amazing hardware this is really a piece of art . Looks stunning from outside , material used is top notch and very sturdy and its very light in weight . Greatest advantage is that we can operate it from mobile application from any part of the world . It shows all the connected device with the router and speed as well . Also it provide web site access for selected guest devices connected to the router , in pure parental access. Dont think twice before purchasing it from Gear Best , as usual awesome delivery service , nice pacaking and awesome product.

- None so far , only thing is that they should have provided area specific adaptor and the wire length should be bit more .

- This Wi-Fi router is good, but not the best one. Build quality is perfect. Speed performance is great. But there are a lot of small troubles with the setup. I tried to setup the router using mobile app, but hadn't succeed. I should to add that some functions in the app simply doesn't work. Later I successfully setup it through web GUI. As for the web GUI it is beautiful, but slow. Firmware is quite rough. For example for both available methods of setup (mobile app and web GUI) I wasn't able to pick and save my time zone, however it was in the list. In the end I manually set date value. As for the time zone I should to mention that after I updated it on the router my Mi Home device start using for the scheduled tasks my time zone (before that for some reason they used to use China time zone). Advance setting is quite poor, I expected a lot more from this price and from Xiaomi. A cheaper basic routers from other top brands provide more diverse set of advance options. The very good feature of this router is USB port for external storage devices, but I still haven't tested it.
